Terms of use

1. The waitlist

• The Founding Riders waitlist is free and open to people aged 18+ in India.
• Joining does not guarantee beta access or any date. We invite riders in waves at our discretion, generally by sign-up order, referrals, city and Founding Captain crews.
• One entry per person. Duplicate, fake or automated entries may be removed.
• Founding Rider numbers are assigned in signup order and are not transferable. Numbers #0001–#0010 are held by the founders and first testers.
• MotoWave is in development. Features and screens shown on this site are design previews of what we're building; they may change or arrive at different times.

2. Referrals

• Verified referrals improve your chances of an earlier beta invite. They don't guarantee a place or a date, and we may change how invites are prioritised for everyone.
• A referral is verified when the new rider is a real, unique person who passes our anti-spam checks. Self-referrals, fake accounts, disposable emails and automated sign-ups do not count.
• We may cap how many referrals count per day and review unusual activity. We may void referrals and adjust priority where we find abuse.
• Share your link responsibly: no spam, no misleading claims, no posting where it isn't allowed.

3. Founding Captains

• Applications are reviewed by MotoWave; approval is at our discretion.
• Perks (such as priority access for your crew and a Founding Captain badge) are non-monetary and may change. There is no fee and no obligation.
• If your crew's rides are featured in our content, we'll ask for permission first.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attack, scrape or overload the site, or try to manipulate the waitlist. We may block access for abuse.

5. Safety

Content on this site is general information. Always ride within the law, wear full protective gear, and never use a handheld phone while riding. MotoWave's safety features alert people you choose; they are not a replacement for emergency services (dial 112).

6. Liability

The site and waitlist are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, MotoWave is not liable for indirect losses arising from their use.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date above.
